Process:

Secondly, we have to shape the wax shell, and then repair the wax pattern according to the original picture to avoid losing some model details in the mold-making process. Then burn the wax and pour the bronze. You Fine’s sculpture uses the traditional lost wax method. The wax mold is placed in a heat-resistant mold, the paraffin wax in the shell is burned at a high temperature, and the bronze water is poured into the quartz sand shell to cool and shape. Finally, welding and polishing. There are also some small steps, there are 31 steps in total.
